Sweden Declares War

Swedish Chef charges a war photographer in Iraq (2006)

Walt Disney Company expected to back The Jim Henson Company.

The People’s Republic of Sweden has formally issued a declaration of war. This declaration is issued toward puppet and entertainment company, The Jim Henson Company. Sweden claims the reason for their declaration is, “the many years of contempt toward the nation, its people, and its food at the hand of the Swedish Chef character.”

The declaration states, “The United People’s Republic of Sweden has decided in favor of military action toward The Jim Henson Company.”

The Jim Henson Company has put their response out via Disney +, declaring that the The National United People’s Republic of Sweden is of no concern toward them, and they not only accept the declaration of war, but welcome it.

“You think a media powerhouse with the backing of the Walt Disney Company is afraid of a little nation like Sweden?! Let’s go.” claims The Jim Henson Company CEO, Lisa Henson.

We reached out to the Walt Disney Company to inquire about their stance on this conflict, and how they will be backing The Jim Henson Company. Disney CEO, Bob Iger, said “Yes.”

Disney has an estimated wealth of $122.18 billion, an estimated workforce/potential soldiers of 223,000, and an estimated 19 nuclear warheads.

This forthcoming war between The Jim Henson Company and The National United People’s Republic of the Nation of Sweden is certain to cause a rift in the puppeteering industry, especially those based in Sweden.

“I’m hopeful that our government will not allow the conflict with The Jim Henson Company to create an anti-puppet culture here in our country. Should this happen, I’m afraid I will no longer feel safe in my home.” says Lars Jönsson, a silly little Swedish puppeteer.

We here at Memestudium shall be covering this conflict on the frontlines via our expendable war correspondents.
